Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies and enforce safety protocols on active job sites.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Assist with developing and updating safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with HSE Manager to investigating accidents and incidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and compliance.
- Travel to various project sites is required to ensure hands-on safety oversight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety certifications (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on safety.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
