Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to join our team and help us maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This position requires regular travel to job sites and on-site presence to ensure safety standards are met across all projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor daily construction activities for compliance with OSHA and company rules/policies and enforce safety protocols on active job sites.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Assist with developing and updating safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with HSE Manager to investigating accidents and incidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and compliance.
Travel to various project sites is required to ensure hands-on safety oversight.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
OSHA certification or equivalent safety certifications (preferred).
3+ years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on safety.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
